I just obtained the Proof (2010) America the Beautiful Quarter set. There seems to be a mint mistake on the coins as Washington has no hair! The frosted relief completely wiped out his flowing hair. I’ve checked the state quarter proofs I have and those coins do show his locks. Just a heads up that this problem has occured.
